In order to fulfill our mission, we must shift our thinking from continuing the ministry to relaunching the ministry and leading it to the future.

The Next Chapter

​

As a member of the launch team, you will serve as a part of the foundation for the next chapter of the CLFC story. It will take a high level of energy and focus to see this effort through. You must be from within the current CLFC membership, led to the ministry, or led. Launch team members should possess the following:
 

• Faithfulness: A sincere heart and desire for God’s call to serve others

• Availability: Willingness to give time, talents, skills and resources

• Teachability: Passionate to see lives changed starting with themselves

There are four functional areas we need filled:

- Teaching/Preaching (Training & Development)

- Public Relations (Marketing)

- Worship Service (Member Experience)

- Community Outreach/Engagement
